TDP Mineral Lamps have been approved for import and sale in the United States of America since 1994. TDP lamps are classified as Class "II" heating devices. These lamps should be used with the advice and under the supervision of a physician. Any self-help application of TDP lamps is entirely the responsibility and choice of the user. Spagyric makes no medical claims with regard to the benefits of TDP lamps. Persons who have broken skin, burns, or suffer from cancer, hypertension, cardiac disease, and patients who have electrical implants or wear cardiac pacemakers of any type should not use the TDP lamp. If you have metal pins, plates, or silicone implants, do not use the TDP lamp over these areas to avoid accidental internal burns because these foreign materials store more heat than soft tissue. Pregnant women and unattended children are also advised not to use the TDP lamp for safety reasons. Do not use the lamp on skin areas that lack sensitivity or in the presence of poor circulation. The TDP lamp can cause burns or injuries to the user if improperly used or in the event of a mechanical failure of the unit. Contact a physician or hospital if you experience discomfort or an emergency resulting from use of the TDP lamp.
Except for the limited warranty on the TDP lamp, all other materials are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, or guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall NOT Limited (New Order Technologies, dba/Spagyric) including its representatives and distributors, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, injury to people, damages for loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the TDP mineral lamp and associated materials, even if the user has not been advised of the possibility of such damages. Spagyric does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links, or other items within the unit. Spagyric may make changes to these materials, or to the products described therein, at any time without notice. Statements made about the TDP lamps have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States, and use of the device is at the purchaser's sole risk. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may or may not apply to you. |
